Terms and Conditions Governing the lIMPYLABMAX HOWLOWEEN HOUNDS Photo/Video Competition

You can submit any photo or short video of your pet(s) past and present. Its Halloween season so we would love to see your 

Scary Monsters

Funniest Howlers

Angels and Demons

and 

Batty Bats.

 

How to Enter

You can enter on either FACBOOK or X whichever platform you prefer.

On Either Facebook or X

Post each photograph you wish to enter as a separate reply to the original or any reposted competition Post You must include the hashtag #HOWLOWEENMAX

The use of this unique hashtag is mandatory as it identifies your tweet as a competition entry. Any entries not including this hashtag may not be identified and may be excluded from the competition.

If you forget to use the hashtag, you can anytime before the close of the competition simply edit the post if you're using Facebook or post the photograph again on X including it.

Your own page or feed

If you don't have access to the competition post you can also post or tweet an entry on your own page or feed as long as you include the #HOWLOWEENMAX and also tag us @limpylabmax 

 

Entry Fee

There is no entry fee entering a photo or Video into the the HOWLOWEEN HOUNDS PHOTO COMPETITION is FREE . This is a fundraising Event for the sole benefit of the charity Labrador Welfare. We are asking for a suggested donation of £2.00 per photograph entered but the amount donated or adding a donation is left entirely to the entrant. All entries will be treated the same regardless of donation.

You can view all entries simply by searching the unique hashtag. #HOWLOWEENMAX

You will have to make a separate search on each platform

Judging

THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION, WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR PETS AND THEY ARE ALL EQUALY WONDERFUL

Judging

There is no prize other than competing for induction into the Hall of Fame. The most popular entries will be awarded that distinction. Popularity will be decided byt the number points awarded from likes and reposts received a like will be worth one point and a repost three points. The score will be determained by the organisers one week after the close of the competition. Organisers decision is final 

 

Competition Entries

By submitting your images, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions The closing date for submissions is 0.1m on 1ST NOVEMBER 2023. Any submissions received after this time may be included in the gallery but will not be eligible for the Hall of Fame. The organisers reserve the right to reject any photos that it deems inappropriate for the competition. 

The competition is open to all professional and amateur photographers. If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission to enter from your parent or guardian. By submitting an entry for the competition, your parent/carer/guardian is deemed to have given such consent  

 

Prize

All submitted photographs will appear on the HOWLOWEENHOUNDS GALLERY on the lIMPYLABMAX Website  The most popular entries will be inducted into MAX'S HALL OF FAME

 

Usage Rights

By entering the competition, you grant Labrador Welfare a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to reproduce, enlarge, publish, exhibit or share, on any media, the images for any purpose to further its aims and objectives as they wish in the future

 

By submitting images, you confirm that:

You are the sole author of each photograph entered and that it is your original work;

 

You own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;If a submitted photo contains any identifiable human subjects, you have the permission of anyone pictured in the image

 

You have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with future use by Labrador welfare

 

Data Protection

We will not collect or retain data of entrants or contact them other than to notify the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.

The use of text to donate is governed by the data rules relating to the use of the donr platform.

 

The Organisers

This is strictly a third party fundraiser hosted by Geoff and Amanda Pickering administrators of Twitter account @limpylabmax (the organisers) All donations are made via the DONR text to donate platform and go directly to Labrador Welfare, registered charity number 1012192 The organisers take no costs or fees.

 

Donations are irrevocable and cannot be returned.
